compute$genome
Genome-wide PRS signal
compute$genome is not a general toolkit for primary genomic or variant analysis. It
exists to interpret PRS signals and localize them back onto the underlying genome.
Each function reduces a model library to a positioned signal:
- compute$genome$concordance measures cross-trait directional agreement of variant effects along the genome.
- compute$genome$convergence shows where the library's outcome signal concentrates.
- compute$genome$attribution localizes each trait-PRS's outcome signal onto the loci that drive it.
- compute$genome$cumulativeWeight sums the absolute model weight placed at each variant.
Results are PolyGeniusGenomeSignals, drawn by visualize$genome.
