generate$algorithms
PRS algorithms
generate$algorithms declares how a model is built from summary
statistics: ClumpingThresholding()
(generate$algorithms$ClumpingThresholding),
LDpred2() (generate$algorithms$LDpred2),
lassosum2() (generate$algorithms$lassosum2) and
PRScs() (generate$algorithms$PRScs). Each returns an
unresolved algorithm specification that is passed to
generate$models(algorithms = ). Nothing runs until execution.
Extending PolyGenius
A new algorithm needs a specification constructor in this file plus the
rules that build its LD resources and run it (see generate-algorithms-rules.R).
Parameters that change the fit enter the output resource's identity, so a
changed value is a new cached model; runtime hints such as ncores stay out.
See Extending PolyGenius.
The prs-algorithm-integrator agent owns this change, and
/algorithm-gate <phase> gates each phase of it.
