PGS Catalog scoring-file I/O
Read and write PGS objects as PGS Catalog scoring files.
This is the single serialization format for PolyGenius models: the standard
PGS Catalog header + variant table make the file consumable by any PGS-aware
tool (PLINK --score, pgsc_calc), while an optional set of #polygenius_*
extension keys carry the full model metadata (gwas, generation,
liftover, and any user fields) as JSON so PolyGenius can round-trip a model
losslessly.
Two write modes are supported:
"extended"(default): standard header +#polygenius_*extension keys + any non-standard variant columns (pval,se,n, ...). Lenient consumers ignore the extensions; PolyGenius restores everything on read."strict": standard header and columns only, with validation of the spec-required fields. Suitable for sharing or Catalog deposition.
