PolyGeniusFrameSet
PolyGeniusFrameSet class
The container study$fetch(...) returns when one fetch resolves on both axes: a list holding
the sample-side frame at $samples and the model-side frame at $models.
Usage
PolyGeniusFrameSet(samples = NULL, models = NULL)
print.PolyGeniusFrameSet(x, ...)Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
samples | A PolyGeniusFrame, or NULL (default). Sample-side frame; NULL leaves $samples out of the result. |
models | A PolyGeniusFrame, or NULL (default). Model-side frame; NULL leaves $models out of the result. |
x | A PolyGeniusFrameSet. |
... | Unused. Present for S3 method compatibility. |
Value
A list with S3 class c("PolyGeniusFrameSet", "list"), holding $samples and/or
$models.
print() returns x invisibly. It prints each side present under its own rule and,
when the set carries an errors attribute, the fetch errors below them.
Details
An absent side is omitted from the list rather than stored as NULL, so a set built from one
side has one element. The set is a plain list with no validation of its own.
