visualize$evaluate$compare
Compare-to-reference forest plot
Forest plot of evaluate$compare()'s per-model contrast against
its reference model, faceted by outcome (each panel naming its reference).
A contrast is drawn filled when its interval excludes 0 -- the same rule
evaluate$select() uses for tied -- and hollow otherwise.
Usage
visualize.evaluate.compare(results, theme = c("polygenius", "none"))Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
results | A [PolyGeniusEvaluation](/reference/evaluate/) of evaluate$compare(). |
theme | One of "polygenius" (default), "none". Plot theme. "none" gives a bare theme_minimal() to style yourself; palette colors are applied either way. |
Value
A ggplot.
