workspace$catalogs

Manifest-backed reference data, reached as workspace$catalogs. Four of the catalogs cache their entries locally and download on demand; the other two are read-only.

• GenomeBuilds: genome build names and aliases, workspace$catalogs$genomeBuilds.
• LDs: LD reference storage, workspace$catalogs$LDs.
• LDblocks: LD block boundaries, workspace$catalogs$LDblocks.
• LiftoverChains: chain files for build conversion, workspace$catalogs$liftoverChains.
• ReferencePanels: genotype reference panels, workspace$catalogs$referencePanels.
• VariantSpaces: curated variant sets, workspace$catalogs$variantSpaces.

Every catalog has $view(). LDblocks, LiftoverChains, ReferencePanels and VariantSpaces also have $get(), $add() and $remove(). GenomeBuilds adds name lookups ($key(), $name(), $label()); LDs is otherwise read-only.
