Drop federation-unsafe artifacts
Makes a result safe to send out of a study site: returns a copy of x keeping only the
$artifacts entries declared federation.safe. The declaration is default-deny, so an
artifact with no explicit ruling is dropped rather than retained. Association resolves the
ruling from every schema present in x$results$schema, all of which must agree; evaluation
resolves it by artifact name against the artifact registry.
Only $artifacts is filtered. $results, $indices, $diagnostics and $metadata are
untouched, being aggregate over the fitted sample already -- no sample-axis key appears in
$results.

Value
A new object of the same subclass as x, with unsafe $artifacts entries removed
and every other slot carried over. x is not modified. An object with no artifacts is
returned unchanged.
