GWAS Catalog source
Declares one or more GWAS Catalog studies as GWAS sources for
generate$models(). Nothing is fetched here; the summary statistics are
downloaded during execution.
Usage
generate$sources$gwascatalog(ids)Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
ids | Character vector of GWAS Catalog study accessions, for example "GCST90027158". Each id becomes one gwas.sumstats resource; an empty vector aborts. |
Value
A ResourceSpecSet of unresolved gwas.sumstats specifications, one
per id, for generate$models(sources = ).
