generate$sources$opengwas
OpenGWAS source
Declares one or more IEU OpenGWAS studies as GWAS sources for
generate$models(). Nothing is fetched here; retrieval happens during
execution.
Usage
generate$sources$opengwas(
ids,
opengwas.jwt = NULL,
wait.for.allowance = TRUE
)Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
ids | Character vector of OpenGWAS study ids, for example "ieu-b-2". Each id becomes one gwas.sumstats resource; an empty vector aborts. |
opengwas.jwt | Character scalar or NULL (default). OpenGWAS JWT to authenticate with; NULL makes the fetch rule resolve one from ieugwasr::get_opengwas_jwt() at execution time. The token travels as request metadata and never enters resource identity. |
wait.for.allowance | Logical scalar, default TRUE. On an allowance-depleted OpenGWAS response, sleep until the allowance resets and retry the call once; FALSE fails the fetch immediately. |
Value
A ResourceSpecSet of unresolved gwas.sumstats specifications, one
per id, for generate$models(sources = ).
Details
The loosest p-value threshold across the algorithms paired with this source
decides how the study is retrieved: >= 0.1 downloads the full
summary-statistics file, anything stricter pulls top hits only.
